The 100-200 pts. wt. anhydrous ethyl acetate is added into the reaction kettle, then added 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide into the reaction kettle, and ultrasonically dispersed the graphene oxide into anhydrous ethyl acetate, and obtained graphene oxide dispersion liquid. The temperature is controlled at 20-40℃, slowly added solution (A) to the graphene oxide dispersion, and obtained solution (B).
