▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparation of bionic smart polymer nanopores and its use, are claimed. The method involves preparing polymer nanopores based on surface of the nuclear pore membrane by an asymmetric track etching method, where the prepared nanopores have a large end pore diameter of 1.3 mu m and a small end pore diameter of 30 nm, modifying polyethyleneimine and zirconium ions on the inner wall of the nanopore, adding graphene oxide to the detection system for the adsorption of single-stranded DNA probes, and changing charge of the nanopore surface by the strand displacement reaction between DNA and the target miRNA, which is applied to the ultra-sensitive detection of miRNA. USE - The method is useful for preparation of bionic smart polymer nanopores which is used for detecting miRNA (all claimed), preferably liver cancer-related miRNA.
