NOVELTY - Producing aluminum honeycomb plate comprises using first panel and second panel disposed opposite to each other, further comprising aluminum honeycomb sandwich between first panel and second panel, the cavity of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich filled with graphene aerogel microspheres, and aluminum honeycomb sandwich has opposite first and second surfaces, the method specifically comprises (i) forming first bonding layer on the first surface of aluminum honeycomb sandwich, contacting first bonding layer with first panel, pressing and curing, (ii) filling graphene aerogel microspheres into the cavity of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich, and (iii) forming second bonding layer on the second surface of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich, bringing the second bonding layer into contact with the second panel, curing under pressure of 0.05-0.2 MPa for 1.5-5 hours, curing by pressure release for 8-15 hours, and bonding the aluminum honeycomb sandwich to the second panel. USE - The method is useful for producing aluminum honeycomb plate. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum honeycomb plate has high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing aluminum honeycomb plate comprises using first panel and second panel disposed opposite to each other, further comprising aluminum honeycomb sandwich between first panel and second panel, the cavity of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich filled with graphene aerogel microspheres, and aluminum honeycomb sandwich has opposite first and second surfaces, the method specifically comprises (i) forming first bonding layer on the first surface of aluminum honeycomb sandwich, contacting first bonding layer with first panel, pressing and curing at 0.05-0.2 MPa for 0.2-1.5 hours to obtain aluminum honeycomb sandwich combined with the first panel, (ii) filling graphene aerogel microspheres into the cavity of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich, and (iii) forming second bonding layer on the second surface of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich, bringing the second bonding layer into contact with the second panel, curing under pressure of 0.05-0.2 MPa for 1.5-5 hours, curing by pressure release for 8-15 hours, and bonding the aluminum honeycomb sandwich to the second panel. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for aluminum honeycomb plate, comprising first panel composed of plywood, gypsum board, stone, steel board and/or fiber board, second panel composed of plywood, gypsum board, stone, steel board and/or fiber board, and aluminum honeycomb sandwich located between first panel and second panel, first adhesive layer set between the aluminum honeycomb sandwich and first panel, first adhesive bonding layer is polyurethane adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive, instant glue, anaerobic glue, ultraviolet glue, silicate binder and/or phosphate binder agent, the second adhesive layer is set between the aluminum honeycomb sandwich and second panel, the second adhesive bonding layer is polyurethane adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive, instant glue, anaerobic glue, ultraviolet glue, silicate binder and/or phosphate binder, where cavity of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich is filled with the graphene aerogel microsphere.
