NOVELTY - Modified graphene oxide metal anticorrosive coating comprises 50-100 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide powder modified by benzoyl hydrazide, 3-7 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 5-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. diluent, 1-10 pts. wt. functional filler and 15-20 pts. wt. mixed solvent. USE - Modified graphene oxide metal anticorrosive coating is used for primary equipment in coastal areas (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide metal anticorrosive coating is more easily adsorbed on the metal surface, increases the adhesion of the coating, effectively blocks the diffusion of water molecules and corrosion ions, and improves the anticorrosive effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the modified graphene oxide metal anticorrosive coating for primary equipment in coastal areas, comprising (a) evenly mixing the polyvinylidene fluoride and the mixed solvent with a high-speed mixer, and adding to the paint mixing tank, (b) turning on the high-speed mixer, adding the dispersant, leveling agent, and functional filler in order, and stirring evenly, (c) after uniformly stirring, grinding the fineness of the paint slurry to below 30 mu m with a three-roll grinder, and placing in a paint mixing tank, (d) turning on the high-speed mixer, adding the benzoyl hydrazide-modified graphene oxide powder, and stirring at a high speed of 3000 rpm for 1 hour, and (e) filtering with a 90-110 mesh filter, and adding the curing agent and diluent to the filtered solution, and mixing well.
