▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silica/nano fibers modified electrode, is claimed. The preparation of silica/nano fibers modified electrode comprises immersing nano fibers PA6-GR modified electrode into tetraethyl orthosilicate solution, where the preparation of nano fibers PA6-GR modified electrode includes mixing polyamide 6 and graphene, dissolving in a mixed solvent i.e., m-cresol/formic acid/N,N-dimethyl formamide to form a precursor spinning solution, collecting on the surface of the bare electrode by electrospinning. USE - The silica/nano fibers modified electrode is useful for bio-sensing detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simple and convenient, low cost, uses wide source of raw materials, produces high yield and is suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing silica/nano fibers modified electrode comprising (i) dissolving polyamide 6 and graphene in a mixed solvent of m-cresol/formic acid/N, N-dimethyl formamide to form a PA6-GR mixture, continuously stirring at room temperature to obtain uniform and transparent precursor spinning solution; (ii) placing the precursor spinning solution in the syringe, the syringe needle is connected to the cathode electrode of the high-voltage electrostatic generator, the bare electrode is connected with the anode electrode of the generator, supplying liquid through the micro-syringe pump and applying the high-pressure static electricity directly into the syringe needle, fiber PA6-GR, simultaneously collecting on the bare electrode surface to obtain nano fibers PA6-GR modified electrode composition; and (iii) immersing the nano-fiber PA6-GR modified electrode in the TEOS solution, depositing TEOS hydrolyzed nano-silicon dioxide directly on the surface of the nano fiber PA6-GR and modifying the electrode surface with a layer of silica/nano-fiber functional compound PA6-GR-silicon dioxide.
