▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Tire comprises a component of a rubber composition. The rubber composition comprises based upon pts. wt./100 pts. wt. rubber (phr): (a) 100 phr at least one diene-based elastomer; and (b) rubber reinforcing filler comprised of 0-30 phr rubber reinforcing carbon black, 25-125 phr precipitated silica with silica coupler, and 0.5-20 phr graphene, treated with a phenylene ethynylene oligomer comprised of a conjugated hydrocarbon backbone and a branched polysulfide moiety. The phenylene ethynylene oligomer is (I)-(III). USE - Used as tire. ADVANTAGE - The tire utilizes a rubber composition with reduces amount of graphene that provides improved thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity to the composition, and reduces rolling resistance and treadwear resistance of tire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Tire comprises a component of a rubber composition. The rubber composition comprises based upon pts. wt./100 pts. wt. rubber (phr): (a) 100 phr at least one diene-based elastomer; and (b) rubber reinforcing filler as a combination of rubber reinforcing carbon black, precipitated silica and graphene comprised of 0-30 phr rubber reinforcing carbon black, 25-125 phr precipitated silica, with silica coupler for the precipitated silica having a moiety reactive with hydroxy groups on the precipitated silica and another, different, moiety interactive with the diene-based elastomer(s), and 0.5-20 phr graphene, treated with a phenylene ethynylene oligomer comprised of a conjugated hydrocarbon backbone and having a branched polysulfide moiety. The phenylene ethynylene oligomer is of formulae (I)-(III). R = hydrocarbon, CnH2n+1; n = 4-16; x = 0-10; y = 0-10; and z = 1-3, where at least one of x and y is at least 1; and R1 = cyclic six member saturated ring comprised of 2-5 S and 1-4 C.
