NOVELTY - Ionic liquid modified high-strength conductive rubber comprises 100 parts mass main rubber, 2-10 parts mass zinc oxide, 1-4 parts mass stearic acid, 1-5 parts mass antioxidant, 1-30 parts mass softening agent, 1-100 parts mass white carbon black, 1-70 parts mass reinforcing filler, 1-200 parts mass conductive filler, 1-50 parts mass ionic liquid, 0.1-5 parts mass accelerator, and 1-10 parts mass vulcanizing agent. USE - The ionic liquid modified high-strength conductive rubber is used as non-conductive insulator for high molecular material such as polyolefin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, polybutadiene and polystyrene. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength conductive rubber has excellent conductivity, low density and high strength, and reduces adding amount of the conductive filler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the ionic liquid modified high-strength conductive rubber, which involves mixing main rubber, zinc oxide, stearic acid, reinforcing filler and ionic liquid for banburying to obtain a banburying material, mixing the banburying material, antioxidant, softening agent and conductive filler, and kneading to obtain a kneading material, mixing the kneading material, accelerator and vulcanizing agent, and sequentially plasticating and vulcanizing to obtain the ionic liquid modified high-strength conductive rubber.
