NOVELTY - Composite water paint comprises acrylic resin, modified graphene, cross-linking agent, filler and auxiliary agent, the composite aqueous paint is prepared by (a) adding auxiliary agent into the deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding dispersing agent, antifoaming agent, and co-solvent, stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain deionized aqueous solution of auxiliary agent, adding the mixed liquid with high etherification melamine formaldehyde resin and defoamer, (b) adding auxiliary agent aqueous solution into modified graphene, titanium dioxide, zinc phosphate, zinc oxide, iron oxide red, barium sulfate, silicon dioxide and talc, and then ultrasonically dispersing, (c) ultrasonically dispersing, and (d) adding acrylic resin in the mixed liquid obtained in the step (c), adding the pH regulator, the flatting agent, emulsifying agent, active diluting agent and a coalescing agent, uniformly mixing and filtering with filter screen of more than 200 meshes to obtain the paint. USE - Used as composite water paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has high tensile strength; and improves elongation at break. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite water paint comprises 30-60 wt.% acrylic resin, 1.5-12 wt.% modified graphene, 10-15 wt.% cross-linking agent, 10-15 wt.% filler and 2-3 wt.% auxiliary agent, the acrylic acid resin is prepared by (i) mixing methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, and chlorine gas according to the volume ratio of 20-23:25-30:95-110, adding methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate into the four-opening flask, passing the corresponding volume of chlorine to obtain mixed liquid of methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and chlorine, and (ii) mixing liquid of methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and chlorine with acrylic acid in a four-necked flask at volume ratio of 6:1, adding n-butanol drop-wisely, heating to 80-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours, completing the reaction, cooling to room temperature and distilling under reduced pressure, diluting with a small amount of dispersant solution and adjusting the pH to 6.5-7.5 with triethylamine, and stirring to obtain acrylic resin, the cross-linking agent is prepared by (a) adding 90-95% formaldehyde aqueous solution and melamine into three-necked flask, stirring and refluxing in a water bath, heating to 75-90 degrees C for 3-4 hours, and precipitating white crystalline solid matter, and (b) adding methanol solution, stirring for reacting until the materials are fully dissolved and discharging to obtain high etherification melamine formaldehyde resin, the modified graphene is prepared by (a) preparing 2.5-3.5% potassium permanganate solution, (b) adding 2.5-3.5% potassium permanganate solution, graphene and concentrated sulfuric acid in ratio of 100 ml:200 ml:1 g, placing into the beaker, uniformly mixing and ultrasonically dispersing, and (c) adding mixing solution containing beaker into water bath, heating and stirring graphene, filtering, washing to neutral and drying to obtain modified graphene, the composite aqueous paint is prepared by (a) adding rheology auxiliary agent into the deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding dispersing agent, antifoaming agent, and co-solvent, stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain deionized aqueous solution of auxiliary agent, adding the mixed liquid with high etherification melamine formaldehyde resin and defoamer, (b) adding auxiliary agent aqueous solution into modified graphene, titanium dioxide, zinc phosphate, zinc oxide, iron oxide red, barium sulfate, silicon dioxide and talc, and then ultrasonically dispersing 20-30 minutes, (c) ultrasonically dispersing for 5-10 minutes, and (d) adding acrylic resin in the mixed liquid obtained in the step (c), adding the pH regulator, the flatting agent, emulsifying agent, active diluting agent and a coalescing agent, uniformly mixing and filtering with filter screen of more than 200 meshes to obtain the paint.
