▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing thermoelectric device based on composite flame-retardant paper comprises (a) taking graphene oxide powder, adding water to stir uniformly, to form colloid suspension, (b) dissolving hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene in ethanol, and adding dissolved solution into colloidal suspension obtained in step a to obtain GO/HPTCP suspension, c, dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution to obtain CS solution, and dispersing the carbon nano-tube in the CS solution to get CNTs/CS + suspension; (d) dipping the wood pulp paper into CNTS/CS+ suspension, then rinsing, and vacuum drying; (e) soaking the pulp paper processed in step d into GO/HPTCPE suspension, rinsed, and vacuums; (f) repeating the steps d and e. USE - The thermoelectric device is used in field of flexible application e.g. as inkjet printing. ADVANTAGE - The method provides thermoelectric device with good flexibility, low cost and can be stably applied to the high temperature environment.
