NOVELTY - Environment-friendly smart phone self-healing material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.5-5 pts. wt. ionic liquid and 100 pts. wt. diluent, where ionic liquid is ((butoxymethoxy)methyl)trimethylphosphonium-4,6-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzo(d)imidazol-1-ide (I). USE - The material is useful in repairing damaged electronic touch-screen. ADVANTAGE - The material is a transparent, has piezoelectric properties and certain mechanical properties of composite materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environment-friendly smart phone self-healing material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.5-5 pts. wt. ionic liquid and 100 pts. wt. diluent, where ionic liquid is ((butoxymethoxy)methyl)trimethylphosphonium-4,6-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzo(d)imidazol-1-ide of formula (I). n = 1-10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of environment-friendly intelligent phone self-healing material comprising (i) adding diluent into graphene and nano-calcium carbonate, stirring to disperse, (ii) adding ionic liquid with stirring to obtain a self-healing material, and (iii) applying self-healing material at -25 to 50 degrees C or injecting into the smart phone screen breakage to obtain final product.
