▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene film is synthesized by chemically reacting carbon source material containing carbon element and another elemental carbon to generate active carbon atoms or carbon-containing active group; and depositing active carbon atoms or carbon-containing active group on a substrate to form a graphene film. USE - Method for synthesizing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can easily control size and structure of graphene thin film, and is suitable for large scale preparation graphene film. It does not involve oxidation-reduction reaction using graphite as raw material.
