▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene single atom-gold composite material, is claimed. The graphene and the carbon nitride are hydrothermally treated to obtain a three-dimensional graphene/carbon nitride composite. The atomic noble metal gold is combined with the carbon material to form a graphene monoatomic gold composite material, that is, a three-dimensional graphene/carbon nitride-supported monodisperse gold atom composite catalyst. USE - The material is used as catalyst in hydrogen peroxide, glucose and glucose oxidase electrochemical catalytic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good selectivity and realizes detection in actual sample of human serum sample, honey and cancer cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene single atom-gold composite material, comprising (1) freeze-drying the dicyandiamide solution and high temperature heat processing and ultrasonic centrifuging to obtain thin nitride, (2) mixing thin layer of carbon nitride with graphene, and obtaining a three-dimensional graphene/carbon nitride gel composite by solvo thermal, washing and freeze-drying process and (3) modifying gel of the resulting three-dimensional graphene/carbon nitride on the surface of the electrode using a three-electrode system, where three-dimensional graphene monoatomic gold composite material is obtained by an anodic electrochemical deposition method in an electrolyte of chloroauric acid.
