NOVELTY - The nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst suspension comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 10-30 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 1.5-3 pts. wt. nano graphene oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol, 0.05-0.2 pt. wt. polyether modified silicone defoamer, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant and 20-40 pts. wt. water. The component (B) comprises 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. alkali-soluble acrylic acid thixotropic agent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. acetylene glycol type wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. monoethanolamine and 45-58 pts. wt. water. USE - Nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst suspension for production of antiadhesive self-cleaning wood-based decorative paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst suspension has excellent stability and high efficiency of releasing negative ion, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst suspension, which involves mixing raw materials of component (A) at high speed for 30 minutes, grinding in sand mill, adding alkali-soluble acrylic acid to water, adjusting pH to 7.5-8 with ethanolamine, adding component (A), mixing evenly, dispersing, controlling the viscosity at 12-15 seconds/25 degrees C and adjusting pH to 7.5-7.8 to obtain nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst suspension; (2) anti-sticking self-cleaning wood-based panel decorative paper, which is provided with nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst coating, melamine resin layer and base paper. The base paper is printing base paper impregnated with lower formaldehyde urea resin. The nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst coating is sprayed from the nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst suspension; and (3) production of antiadhesive self-cleaning wood-based decorative paper, which involves (1) placing the printing base paper in dipping production line, controlling line speed at 25-30 m/second, (2) printing base paper by immersing in low formaldehyde urea resin, squeezing excess formaldehyde urea resin, drying in oven, controlling the temperature at 140-150 degrees C to obtain urea-formaldehyde resin solid as base paper, (3) coating melamine resin on the front side of base paper, drying in oven, controlling the temperature at 142-148 degrees C to obtain semi-cured melamine resin layer, (4) spraying the nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst suspension on the melamine resin layer, drying in oven at 150-160 degrees C to obtain nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst coating, and (5) cooling the obtained decorative paper, cutting, stacking and packaging the finished product.
