USE - Fluorine rubber composition used in semiconductor seals. ADVANTAGE - The fluorine rubber composition is added with less carbon black as reinforcing agent, but also can obtain excellent mechanical property. The polyimide modified graphene not only has the elastic function of the polymer resin but also has the reinforcing function of graphene sheet structure. When the modified poly-imide graphene is added to the fluorine-rubber, it is used as an excellent reinforcing filler, it can replace carbon black, so as to obviously improve the strength of the obtained rubber composition, stretching performance, and also overcomes the defect of poor anti-tearing performance of the rubber, and obtaining excellent anti-compression permanent deformation performance at high temperature.
