NOVELTY - High strength anti-corrosive wear-resistant composite fiber wood-plastic composite material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. compound biological fiber, 60-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 6-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as high strength anti-corrosive wear-resistant composite fiber wood-plastic composite material. ADVANTAGE - High strength anti-corrosive wear-resistant composite fiber wood-plastic composite material has low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of high strength anti-corrosive wear-resistant composite fiber wood-plastic composite material comprising (i) grinding wheat straw into 100-120 mesh, then immersed in 15% sodium hydroxide for 1.5 hours, the pretreatment temperature is 110 degrees C, and then dehydrating and drying at 60 degrees C, and then into the milling machine into 20-60 mesh particles, and then in the oven 110 degrees C temperature conditions, and drying for 24 hours to obtain modified wheat straw, (ii) and then adding 50-80 pts. wt. wood powder particles, 3-5 pts. wt. hard calcium acetate and 3-5 pts. wt. nano-alumina powder to obtain the wood flour particles, then adding the ball mill, stirring at a rotational speed of 110 revolutions per minute for 15 minutes to obtain modified wood powder particles, (iii) adding wood powder particles and other components of raw materials, into a high-speed mixer, stirring at a speed of 400 revolutions per minute for 5-10 minutes, to obtain a mixed material, and (iv) feeding mixed material into a hot press molding machine, and setting the temperature at 200 degrees C, the pressure is 13 MPa pressing stereotypes 10 minutes, to obtain a molded wood-plastic composite materials.
