NOVELTY - A partially reduced graphene-containing polymer composite functional fiber comprises component (A) and component (B) in mass ratio of 75/25-95/5, which are combined in a partially exposed type, side-by-side type or sheath-core type. The component (A) comprises 0.1-1 %mass partially reduced graphene-polyester. The component (B) comprises 4-20 %mass nanocomposite filler-polyester. The polyester is polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate or polyethylene glycol naphthalate. USE - Partially reduced graphene-containing polymer composite functional fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The partially reduced graphene-containing polymer composite functional fiber is efficiently prepared at high spinning speed, and has low single fineness and resistivity and high strength, excellent antistatic property, antibacterial property and flame retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A partially reduced graphene-containing polymer composite functional fiber comprises component (A) and component (B) in mass ratio of 75/25-95/5, which are combined in a partially exposed type, side-by-side type or sheath-core type. 20-100% of the external surface area of each fiber contains component (B). The component (A) comprises 0.1-1 %mass partially reduced graphene-polyester. The component (B) comprises 4-20 %mass nanocomposite filler-polyester. The nanocomposite filler comprises nano titanium dioxide and partially reduced graphene in mass ratio of 1/3-3/1. The partially reduced graphene has carbon/oxygen atomic ratio of 4.5/1-15/1. The polyester is polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate or polyethylene glycol naphthalate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of partially reduced graphene-containing polymer composite functional fiber, which involves crystallizing a polyester containing partially reduced graphene and a polyester containing nanocomposite filler, drying, melt-spinning, drawing, heat-setting at 80-160 degrees C, and reducing the partially reduced graphene in the fiber.
