▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flexible supercapacitor electrolyte (100) comprises a polymeric hydrogel matrix; a concentration of montmorillonite material; and an aqueous liquid electrolyte component (106)incorporated into the polymeric hydro-gel matrix. The electrolyte has a melting temperature below 0 degree Celsius, and includes sulfuric acid and dimethyl sulfoxide/water at a 1:1 molar ratio. The electrode layers include graphene, and the electrolyte layer is disposed between each pair of electrode layers. The polymeric hydride matrix includes poly vinyl alcohol, polyacrylates, and/or agarose. USE - Electrolyte for a flexible supercapacitor (claimed) for powering wearable electronics in harsh environments. ADVANTAGE - The anti-freezing and thermally stable hydrogel electrolytes are developed through a feasible material engineering strategy is becoming a critical challenge for addressing these issues in this field. The materials are reported to be excellent dopants with the capability of enhancing the thermal properties of polymers. In dimethyl sulfoxide/water solution, the strong hydrogen-bond interactions between water and dimethyl sulfoxide significantly weaken the hydrogen- bond interactions within the water molecules, and the freezing point of the binary solution system decreases significantly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a flexible supercapacitor; and (2) a method for making a flexible supercapacitor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the electrolyte.
