▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of ferric oxide-tin dioxide/graphene ternary composite nanomaterial comprises adding graphene solution in deionized water, carrying out redox reaction to obtain 0.2-0.3 wt.% suspension; adding 0.12 mol/L ferric chloride solution and 0.07 mol/L stannous chloride solution in 28-42 mL resulting suspension at ratio of 1:0.16-0.35:0.1-0.26, and ultrasonically treating for 20 minutes to obtain mixed solution; and performing hydrothermal reaction at 180 degrees C for 1-24 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying. USE - Method for preparing ferric oxide-tin dioxide/graphene ternary composite nanomaterial (claimed) used in energy field. ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly and improves structural stability of graphene oxide nanocomposite material.
