NOVELTY - A high-strength building template comprises 100 parts mass PVC resin powder, 2-4 parts mass stabilizer, 0.2-1.4 parts mass internal lubricant, 0.5-1.5 parts mass external lubricant, 1.2-4.5 parts mass processing aids, 0.1-2 parts foaming agent, 20-50 parts mass filler and 0.1-3.2 parts mass graphene. USE - High-strength building template (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-strength building template increases the strength of the steel and significantly reduces the cost of steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-strength building template, which involves (i) adding the raw materials into a high-speed mixer, carrying out high-speed mixing at a speed of 2000-3000 rpm and t a high temperature of 100-120 degrees C, (ii) transferring the high-speed mixed material into a low-speed mixer, then mixing at a low speed of 50-500 rpm and a low temperature of 40-60 degrees C, (iii) transferring low-speed mixed materials into an extruder for carrying out extrusion at 140-200 degrees C, and then formed by a molding die at a die temperature of 170-220 degrees C, and (iv) finally cooling using water to room temperature.
