NOVELTY - The process for producing a high performance air conditioner filter element, involves: selecting at least one polymer fiber with electrostatic polarization performance, preparing the polymer fiber according to a preset gram weight standard configured per square meter, and preparing the polymer fiber into a non-woven fabric roll material of the polymer composite material; compounding a layer of nano silver coating or graphene, or non-woven fabric thin felt of activated carbon on the polymer roll material in an adhesive manner; flatly paving the non-woven fabric roll in high-voltage electric field electret device, which adopts corona discharge of a high-voltage electric field to carry out electrostatic polarization strengthening treatment on the non-woven fabric roll; dividing the hot-press forming mold into a bottom mold and a pressing mold; regulating the processing temperature, the processing pressure and the processing duration of the hot-press forming mold. USE - Process for producing a high performance air conditioner filter element. ADVANTAGE - The filter element produced by the production process is convenient to use and stable in performance, and can improve the production efficiency and the yield.
