▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene superhydrophobic coating involves using oxidized graphene solution having a concentration of 0.1-10 milligram/milliliter by a vapor deposition method. The graphene oxide is deposited on a metal substrate to form inner coat layer at 35-95 degrees C. The non-vacuum deposition is used to control deposition time to 0.5-3 hours and the graphene is partialiy oxidized in inner coat to produce graphene. The outer coat layer is formed on inner coat layer and the deposition temperature of outer coat layer is controlled by evaporation at 100-150 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene superhydrophobic coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene superhydrophobic coating, which helps to suppress adhesion and erosion of coating, such as water vapor and oil, has prolonged service life and has corrosion resistance property. The non-vacuum vapor deposition is used to control the deposition time to 0.5-3 hours. The coating is dried at 140-160 degrees C for 1-3 hours to complete hydrophobic modification of inner coating and the combination of inner and outer coatings is formed on the metal substrate graphene superhydrophobic composite coating.
