NOVELTY - Preparation of ionic liquid functionalized graphene/conducting polyaniline nanowire composite material involves taking graphite oxide prepared by chemical oxidation, ultrasonically dispersing in organic solvent, adding imidazolium ionic liquid, stirring for 5 hours, standing for 24 hours to obtain suspension, adding potassium hydroxide, stirring at 90-95 degrees C for 10 hours, centrifuging, freeze-drying to obtain ionic liquid functionalized graphene, dispersing in deionized water, centrifuging to obtain 0.09-3.1 mg/mL stable graphene suspension, adding 0.05-0.5 mol/L aniline and stirring at 0-5 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing ionic liquid functionalized graphene/conducting polyaniline nanowire composite material used in supercapacitor, sensor, electronic device, fuel cell and electrocatalytic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to implement, and has low production cost, high yield and good chemical homogeneity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ionic liquid functionalized graphene/conducting polyaniline nanowire composite material comprises taking graphite oxide prepared by chemical oxidation, ultrasonically dispersing in organic solvent, adding imidazolium ionic liquid, stirring for 5 hours, standing for 24 hours to obtain suspension, adding potassium hydroxide, stirring at 90-95 degrees C for 10 hours, centrifuging, washing with anhydrous ethanol and deionized water respectively, freeze-drying to obtain ionic liquid functionalized graphene, dispersing in deionized water, centrifuging to obtain 0.09-3.1 mg/mL stable graphene suspension, adding 0.05-0.5 mol/L aniline, uniformly stirring at 0-5 degrees C, adding 2 mol/L inorganic acid and 0.013-0.125 mol/L ammonium persulfate, stirring at 0-5 degrees C for 12 hours, filtering, washing with anhydrous ethanol and deionized water respectively and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 8 hours.
