▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A layer with uniform thickness and containing polymethyl methacrylate is spin coated on a copper foil as substrate with thickness of 0.5-1 mm. The copper foil is dissolved using a dissolving agent comprising ammonium persulfate. The copper foil is dispersed in corrosive liquid, to obtain polymethyl methacrylate-coated graphite film. The polymethyl methacrylate-coated graphite film is attached on clean glass component, and cleaned. The loaded substrate is processed with anisole, and benzaldehyde is provided. The graphite substrate is cleaned and dried. USE - High-mass transfer of chemical vapor deposition used for producing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient and stable high-mass transfer of chemical vapor deposition of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A layer with uniform thickness and containing polymethyl methacrylate is spin coated on a copper foil as substrate with thickness of 0.5-1 mm using colloid containing polymethyl methacrylate concentration of 0.1-0.13 mol/L. The size of copper foil is 6 cm2. The copper foil is dissolved using a dissolving agent comprising ammonium persulfate. The copper foil is dispersed in corrosive liquid, to obtain polymethyl methacrylate-coated graphite film. The polymethyl methacrylate-coated graphite film is attached on clean glass component, and ultrasonic cleaned using deionized water and residual water is dried at 90-100 degrees C. The loaded substrate is processed with anisole, and benzaldehyde is provided. The graphite substrate is cleaned and dried.
