▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing a metal/graphene nanocomposite material, involves: (i) directly growing graphene on metal or alloy particles using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology in combination with powder metallurgy; and (ii) producing nanocomposite by powder metallurgy and high energy grinding and mixing technology. USE - The process is useful for producing a metal/graphene nanocomposite material used in metal/graphene nanocomposite heat radiating structures for high power electronic components. ADVANTAGE - The metal/graphene nanocomposite material efficiently enhances performance and service life of electronic components.
