NOVELTY - Fan rotor in which its main shaft surface is coated and electroplated with graphene nickel composite coating to a thickness of 20-30 micron. USE - Fan rotor. ADVANTAGE - The fan rotor exerts lubricating function and reduces friction resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for performing self-lubrication of fan rotor, which involves: (A) activating fan main shaft by utilizing 1-3wt.% diluted hydrochloric acid for 20-30 seconds to obtain activated main shaft; and (B) utilizing nickel plate as anode, and activated fan main shaft as cathode having pH of 4-6, and electroplating by utilizing graphene nickel composite coating at 40-60 degrees C and utilizing cathode with current density of 1.5-3A/dm2, where graphene nickel composite comprises 140-160g/L nickel sulfate, 25-40g/L nickel chloride, 20-30g/L boric acid, 10-15g/L sodium sulfate, 0.1-0.5g/L graphene and 0.01-0.1g/L gum arabic powder.
