NOVELTY - Flame retardant power protection tube comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 32-45 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 16-22 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 6-12 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 10-18 pts. wt. nanosilicon dioxide, 3-9 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 8-15 pts. wt. nano aluminum hydroxide, 4-9 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 4-10 pts. wt. expanded vermiculite, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. crosslinking agent TAIC, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium stabilizer, 1.3-1.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.7-1.5 pts. wt. anti-ultraviolet agent and 4-10 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene copolymer. USE - Used as flame retardant power protection tube. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant power protection tube: has high flame retardancy, high oxidation resistance and excellent durability through the compounding and synergy between the components; has excellent mechanical impact resistance, folding and tensile resistance, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame retardant power protection tube, comprising (1) mixing polycarbonate, nitrile rubber, low density polyethylene, cross-linking agent TAIC, calcium stabilizing agent, antioxidant, anti-ultraviolet agent and ethylenepropylene copolymer in internal mixer to obtain material A, where the mixing temperature is 104-110 degrees C, the mixing time is 12-18 minutes, (2) adding zeolite powder, nano silicon dioxide. titanium dioxide, nano aluminum hydroxide, modified graphene oxide, ammonium polyphosphate, vermiculite and polyethylene wax into high-speed mixer to mix uniformly, adding into the oven, drying at 85-95 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain material B, (3) adding material B into material A under 112-118 degrees C, continuously mixing for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixture, and (4) adding the mixed material into a double-screw extruder, extruding and pelletizing, and drying the pellets to obtain flame retardant power protection tube.
