NOVELTY - Phthalimide derivative functionalized graphene/carbon nano-tube thermal conductive film comprises film, which is formed by pi - pi stacking of highly oriented layered graphene and a phthalimide derivative and the one-dimensional multi-walled carbon nano-tubes further connected to form a longitudinal bridging enhanced network. USE - Used as phthalimide derivative functionalized graphene/carbon nano-tube thermal conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The film improves the longitudinal thermal conductivity, improves the mechanical properties. The method is simple and easy and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive film, comprising (i) mixing graphene/carbon nano-tube/phthalimide derivative in deionized water in a ratio of (90-75):(10-25):(0.1-0.3), stirring, ultrasonically dispersing and filtering with film; and (ii) pressing the film at a mechanical pressure of 8-15 MPa for 5-10 minutes.
