▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Semi-conductive shielding composite material comprises ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide. USE - The material is useful in a semi-conductive shielding composite material for power cables (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent conductivity and mechanical properties, and is prepared by simple method, economical and suitable for industrial-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the material involving (a) mixing an ethylene-vinyl acetate solution with a graphene oxide-carbon nanotubes dispersion to obtain a mixed solution, flocculating and drying to obtain a graphene oxide-carbon nanotubes/ethylene-vinyl acetate mixture, and (b) pressing the mixture into a shape to obtain the product; and (2) use of graphene oxide as a dispersant to improve compatibility of carbon nanotubes at the ethylene-vinyl acetate matrix interface.
