NOVELTY - Lightweight thermal insulation material, comprises an outer layer, an intermediate layer and an inner layer, where the outer layer is an infrared low-emissivity layer, the intermediate layer is a heat-conducting insulating layer, and the inner layer is an infrared barrier layer, where the infrared low-emissivity layer is a semiconductor oxide coating fabric, metal plating layer fabric, semiconductor oxide and metal composite coating fabric, graphene hybrid metal coating or coating composite fabric. The infrared barrier layer is nano semiconductor material coating fabric. The heat conducting heat insulating layer is fiber or/and feather assembly filling insulating material. The infrared emission rate of the coating/plating composite fabric of the infrared low-emissivity layer is less than 0.5. USE - Used as lightweight thermal insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved thermal insulation performance and greatly reduces the weight and thickness of the sleeping bag by constructing a structural thermal insulation material in the mode of infrared low emission-heat conduction blocking-infrared absorption blocking mode, and simultaneously blocking heat conduction and thermal radiation heat dissipation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a sleeping bag, comprising an arched part located at the upper layer and a tiled part located at the lower layer, the arched part is made of the portable structural thermal insulation material, the tiled part is made of the material and the arch-out direction of the arch-shaped foaming material used by the tiled part is vertical to the extending direction of the tiled part and upward, the arched part and the tiled part are connected by the outer layer and the inner respectively of the light-type structure insulating material to form an integral structure; and (2) manufacturing method of sleeping bag comprising (S1) using the chemical 40D/12f plating flame retardant polyamide filament and 40D/12f blue flame retardant polyamide filament to perform double-layer local joint fabric weaving, preparing into double-layer plain weave local bonding fabric composed of single layer square meter gram weight of metal 44-46 g/m2 polyamide filament and blue flame retardant polyamide filament; water washing for 20 minutes at 100degrees Celsius and drying and shaping, the polyurethane coating glue containing 8-12% cesium tungsten bronze (CsxWO3) doped boron inorganic powder is transferred to the surface of the blue flame retardant polyamide filament of the double-layer plain local bonding fabric by roller printing, and curing and crosslinking the polyurethane coating glue at 150degrees Celsius to form a coating film; charging and filling the flame-retardant eiderdown in the two junction points of the double-layer plain-thread partial joint fabric after gluing; the volume weight of the filled flame-retardant down is 0.0015-0.0025 g/cm3, so as to prepare the structure thermal insulation material of the arch-shaped part of the upper layer of the sleeping bag, (S2) using the 40D/12f-plated silver-plated flame retardant polyamide filament and 40D/12f blue flame-retardant polyamide filament to perform single layer fabric weaving, preparing the metal silver-plated fabric and the blue flame-retardant polyamide filament fabric with single-layer square meter gram weight as 44-46 g/m2, washing the two kinds of fabric for 20 minutes at 100degrees Celsius and drying and shaping; where the polyurethane coating glue contains 8-12% caesium tungsten bronze (CsxWO3) doped boron inorganic powder and is transferred to the front of the blue flame retardant polyamide filament fabric by roller printing; and the polyurethane coating glue is cured and crosslinked to form a coating film at 150degrees Celsius; the metal silver-plated fabric is opposite to the non-coating surface of the coated blue flame-retardant polyamide filament fabric, the intermediate of the two fabric is clamped and adhered with the bridge arch polyimide foam, the volume density of the foam is 30 kg/m3, and sewing the metal silver-plated fabric and the blue flame-retardant polyamide filament fabric through the coating at the bridge pier of the arch polyimide foam body; the bridge arch intermediate of the bridge arch polyimide foam clamped by the two fabrics is inflated and filled with flame-retardant down; the volume weight of the filled flame-retardant down is 0.0015-0.0025 g/cm3, so as to prepare the structure thermal insulation material of the tiled part of the lower layer of the sleeping bag; and (S3) upper layer of the upper layer of the arch part and the lower layer of the tiled part of the structure insulating material, according to the shape of the sleeping bag for two sides of the structure of the thermal insulation material sewing, sewing is jointed by waterproof adhesive tape, so as to obtain the sleeping bag.
