▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing palladium-based bimetallic catalyst comprises (1) dissolving the palladium salt and the second metal precursor in water, constructing a double-metal system, fully mixing uniformly, adding substrate powder, where the substrate powder is metal oxide or porous carbon material, heating and drying, loading the palladium salt and the second metal precursor on the substrate, (2) calcining to enhance the bonding of the metal site and the substrate, performing reduction treatment to reduce palladium salt and the second metal precursor, and (3) dipping in the acidic solution to increase the surface active site electronic density, and then cleaning and drying, and (4) again calcining to obtain the palladium-based bimetallic catalyst. USE - The method is useful for preparing palladium-based bimetallic catalyst , which is useful for catalyzing hydrogen and oxygen to synthesize hydrogen peroxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts the second metal element and treating the catalyst with an acidic solution, increases the electron density of active sites on the surface of the catalyst and the catalytic efficiency of directly synthesizing hydrogen peroxide from hydrogen and improves oxygen at low temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a palladium-based bimetallic catalyst; and a method of using palladium-based bimetallic catalyst, comprising dispersing the palladium-based bimetallic catalyst into methanol, ethanol or deionized aqueous solution at a reaction temperature of 0-10°C, feeding hydrogen and oxygen to realize the direct synthesis of hydrogen peroxide.
