NOVELTY - A cellulose-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube ternary complex film preparing method, involves adding cellulose to ionic liquid and stirring mixture to obtain cellulose solution. Oxidized graphene and carbon nanotubes are added to solvent and dispersed uniformly to obtain graphene oxide-carbon nanotube dispersed liquid. The dispersed liquid is added to the cellulose solution and stirred. The mixed solution is washed and filtered to obtain a wet film. The wet film is placed in a vacuum oven and dried. USE - Method for preparing cellulose-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube ternary complex film that is utilized in super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The ternary complex film preparing method enables overcoming deformation and easily collapsible problems caused by low gel strength cellulose. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cellulose-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube ternary complex film preparing method, involves weighing 1-15 pts. wt. cellulose, adding cellulose to 100 pts. wt. ionic liquid, and stirring the mixture at 60-100 degrees C for 4-12 hours to obtain cellulose solution. Oxidized graphene and carbon nanotubes are added to a solvent and dispersed uniformly to obtain graphene oxide-carbon nanotube dispersed liquid. The dispersed liquid is added to the cellulose solution and stirred at 70-100 degrees C for 8-24 hours to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is washed repeatedly with distilled water, and filtered under reduced pressure to obtain a wet film. The wet film is placed in a vacuum oven at room temperature and dried under vacuum to constant weight to obtain cellulose-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube ternary complex film.
