▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Integrated formed sole, prepared by: (i) adding materials comprising 80-90 pts. wt. rubber plastic material, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene-reinforced/rubber/fiber composite material copolymer, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. accelerator, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. rubber auxiliary agent and 0.6-1 pts. wt. activating agent into a closed rubber mixing machine (10000 horsepower), mixing by reference rubber industry conventional mixing method at 130℃ for 5 minutes, pulling sheet bundle twice, discharging, and cooling for 24 hours; (ii) placing the cooled mixed blank on an open rubber mixing machine, turning and thinning the lower sheet to a thickness of 5-6 mm, sampling, and performing sulfur replacement test; and (iv) cutting the qualified pieces, forming, vulcanizing on a flat vulcanization machine, simultaneously hot pressing, cooling, shaping, trimming, and processing to obtain the integrated formed sole. USE - The integrated formed sole is used in sole manufacturing technology field. ADVANTAGE - The method uses coupling agent and activated natural enzyme mixed solvent to modify the surface of graphene to obtain suspended single-layer graphene, which can be furthest dispersed in the polymer matrix to improve the dispersing performance of graphene in rubber/plastic composite material, and uses silane coupling agent to interface between the inorganic and organic material and form binding layer of organic matrix-silane coupling agent-inorganic substrate, and participate in the solidification network of rubber/fiber composite material to improve the interface bonding effect of graphene and rubber/fiber composite material, and improves the performance of the product (claimed). The integrated formed sole solves the problem that the graphene material in the rubber/fiber composite material is not good in dispersibility, and the graphene cannot participate in rubber/plastic composite material network, and reduces the interface binding effect, which causes performance reduction problem. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of integrated formed sole.
