▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves ultrasonically cleaning a polyimide film and then vacuum drying to obtain a clean film. The clean film is placed in the laser etching machine. The laser is used to pre-etch a certain area on the film to form a carbon conductive layer under the protection of inert gas. The pre-etched film is used as the working electrode, immersed in the chloroplatinic acid solution. The platinum particles are electro-deposited on the carbon conductive layer by cyclic voltammetry, rinsed and dried after deposition. The dried film are placed in a laser etching machine. The area where the platinum is deposited is etched a second time using a laser under the protection of an inert gas. The sample in the etched area are scraped off and ground into powder after the etching is completed to obtain a low-platinum graphene oxygen reduction catalyst. USE - Method for preparing low-platinum graphene oxygen reduction catalyst for fuel cell catalyst cathode. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy, cost-effective, and suitable for industrial production. The catalyst has good oxygen reduction catalytic activity, equivalent to the commercial platinum carbon, and can be used as fuel cell catalyst cathode to reduce the use cost of the fuel cell.
