▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing low oxygen content iron salt doped graphene nanosheet powder material by ball milling, comprises (i) preparing a second-order graphite intercalation compound by mixing molten iron chloride with graphite by using a molten salt method, (ii) oxidizing intercalation of the second-order graphene intercalation compound with an oxidizing agent and concentrated acid to obtain a material containing an oxygen-containing layer and alternating intercalation of ferric chloride, (iii) alternately intercalating graphite with oxygen-containing layer and ferric chloride and magnesium powder in a ball mill, and ball milling to obtain iron salt doped graphene nanosheet powder material, and (iv) immersing the iron salt-doped graphene nanosheet powder material in a hydrochloric acid solution, stirring, then ultrasonicating, filtering, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing low oxygen content iron salt doped graphene nanosheet powder material by ball milling. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces the damage of the graphene sheet structure; has high efficiency of preparing graphene; uniformly distributes ferric chloride between the graphene sheets; improves the conductivity of the film; is simple; utilizes economical equipments; is suitable for industrial or laboratory operation; and has excellent application prospects.
