NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a graphene heat conducting film. Heat conducting silica gel is formed. The heat conducting silica gel is coated on two sides of the graphene heat conducting film to obtain a composite heat conducting material. The composite heat conducting material is pressed by utilizing an eccentric compression roller to obtain a wave-shaped composite heat-conducting material. The wave-shaped composite heat-conducting material is pressed by utilizing a calender to obtain the graphene composite heat-conducting film. Deionized water oxide solution is added to graphene oxide. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene composite heat conducting film (claimed) for use in electronic product structure. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively reducing use cost of the graphene by heat conducting silica gel and graphene heat conducting film and utilizing the eccentric pressing roller to press the graphene, so that the graphene can be fully distributed in the composite heat-conducting film in large area, thus effectively improving heat conducting effect.
