NOVELTY - The plate has a graphene plate whose four sides are sealed with each other. The graphene plate is provided with a vacuum cavity that is filled with fluid working substance, which is injected through an injection port, where thickness of the graphene plate is 50-1000 microns, and the fluid working substance comprises de-ionized water, ethanol or acetone. A periphery of the graphene plate is subjected to a hot pressing sealing task at high temperature by using a mold, where temperature of carbonization is 900- 1200 degrees centigrade. USE - Integrally formed heat equalizing plate for a radiating field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plate ensures high sealing property, operation reliability, and mechanical property with stable chemical property of the graphene material and no corrosion risks. The plate ensures that the fluid working substance does not chemically react with the graphene plate so as to avoid internal fluid working quality failure, thus improving environment adaptive capacity of the plate. The plate ensures that upper and lower case plates directly contact with the heat source to quickly conduct heat, thus enhancing heat dissipation of the plate at low cost.
