NOVELTY - A long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material comprises 20-70 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 10-30 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 1-5 pts. wt. benzene sulfonamide substance, 1-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl pyrrolidone, 3-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 3-8 pts. wt. polyamide elastomer, 20-40 pts. wt. long glass fiber, 0.2-5 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 0.2-1 pt. wt. graphene and 0-0.7 pt. wt. additive. USE - Long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material used for preparing spraying-free automobile appearance structural component (claimed) e.g. spraying-free automobile exterior grid blade and wheel hub cover. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene material provides product having excellent appearance, uniform color without floating fibers, black metal flashing effect, toughness and scratch resistance. The polyamide resin has amorphous structure, easy dyeability, high transmittance and ensures high bright black effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the polypropylene material, which involves uniformly mixing polypropylene resin, polyamide resin, benzene sulfonamide substance, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, compatibilizer, polyamide elastomer, aluminum powder, graphene and additive, melting, plasticizing and homogenizing in twin-screw extruder at 275-300°C and 600-800 r/minute, soaking long glass fiber in the obtained resin additive melt at 300-330°C using soaking die head to obtain long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material, cooling, shaping, and pelletizing to obtain the finished product.
