NOVELTY - Composition comprises complex formed by combining graphene oxide (GO), polyethylenimine (PEI), and RNA encoding a target gene. USE - Composition for inducing induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). ADVANTAGE - The composition effectively introduces single strands of unstable mRNA into cells, which avoids integration into the DNA of the host cell, this stably generates dedifferentiated pluripotent cells and cells isolated from the patient as well as the normal also have an effect capable of generating effective as a differentiated pluripotent inducing cell, and thus can be usefully used in related industries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a cell therapy product, which comprises a dedifferentiated pluripotent induced cell produced with the composition for inducing a dedifferentiated pluripotent induced cell; and (2) a method for producing a differentiated pluripotent inducing cell, which involves adding a polyethylenimine (PEI) solution to a graphene oxide (GO) solution to form a GO-PEI complex, isolating total RNA from cells expressing any one or more genes selected from the group consisting of Oct3, Nanog, Sox2, Oct4, c-Myc and Klf4, adding single open patent system in which the total RNA to the GO-PEI complex to form a GO-PEI-RNA complex and treating the GO-PEI-RNA complex to cells other than human cells.
