NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium-ion battery graphene composite conductive agent involves mixing graphite powder, microcrystal and expansion agent in high speed mixer at 500-1200 revolutions/minute for 30-45 minutes, controlling temperature to 40-45 degrees C, melting micro expansion agent, intercalating into graphite layers to obtain pre-intercalated composite, heating, homogenizing for 0.5-1 hour at 100-150 degrees C under anaerobic condition, crushing, dispersing for 10-30 minutes, feeding into air stripping machine and cyclone airflow pulverizer, crushing, discharging and screening. USE - Method for preparing lithium-ion battery graphene composite conductive agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is stable and has simple preparation.
