▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene alginate heavy metal ion sensor preparation method involves obtaining working electrode chosen from electrode made of noble metal, carbon electrode or screen-printed electrode, polishing the electrode, and cleaning the electrode. The electrode is subjected to cyclic voltammetry scanning using 0.1 mol/l dilute sulfuric acid and cleaned with ultra-pure water. The electrode is added drop-wisely with 6 mu l 1-3 mg/ml alginic acid-graphene solution and dried at room temperature to obtain graphene alginate heavy metal ion sensor. USE - Method for preparation of graphene-alginate heavy metal ion sensor for detecting heavy metal ions such as cadmium ion, lead ion and/or copper ion in water. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene-alginate heavy metal ion sensor using alginic acid rich in carboxyl and hydroxyl functional group that excellently absorbs heavy metal ions. The sensor has excellent conductivity, increased sensitivity and detects heavy metal ions with linear range of 0.1-100 g/l, 0.5 g/l, 100 g/l and 0.2-100 g/l and detection limit of 0.021-0.10 g/l and 0.041 g/l in rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene alginate heavy metal ion sensor preparation method involves obtaining working electrode chosen from electrode made of noble metal, carbon electrode or screen-printed electrode, polishing the electrode with alpha -203 polishing powder, and cleaning the electrode with ultra-pure water, where the heavy metal ion is chosen from cadmium ion, lead ion and/or copper ion.
