▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coating composition comprises at least one nano-cellulose i.e. cellulose nanocrystals and cellulose nanofibers and crosslinking agent. The molecules of the nano-cellulose cross-linked through a cross-linking agent. USE - The coating composition is useful for forming a cellulose coating layer for laminate in packaging material for food, medicinal and industrial packaging fields. ADVANTAGE - The composition: has improved moisture barrier performance, high crystallinity and dense stacked structure, biostability and biocompatibility; is environmentally friendly and biodegradable; blocks gases i.e. oxygen, and moisture. The method: is simple and fast; and does not require a metal deposition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing laminate containing nano-cellulose-based coating layer comprising (a) applying coating composition containing a crosslinking agent and at least one nanocellulose cellulose nanocrystals and cellulose nanofibers to a substrate, and (b) drying the coating composition to obtain a coating layer; and (2) packaging material for moisture barrier comprising a laminate.
