NOVELTY - Preparation of high-temperature-resistant filter material, involves loosening basalt fiberglass, mixing, opening thrice, carding the opened fiber into a fiber net, paving ten layers of fiber net to form a crossed lapping net, reinforcing using a needle to obtain a base cloth, processing the base cloth in an impregnation liquid for 6 hours, taking out, and microwave-heating at 2 KW for 40 seconds. The impregnation liquid is prepared by mixing 5-15 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 15-25 pts. wt. PTFE, 10-20 pts. wt. perfluoroethyl acrylate, 5-7 pts. wt. modified graphene, and 10-15 pts. wt. water. USE - Preparation of high-temperature-resistant filter material (claimed) for filtering smoke gas from large coal-fired boilers in electric power, steel, and chemical industries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of high-temperature-resistant filter material having excellent corrosion resistance, filtration efficiency, filter resistance, and use effect. A uniform protective layer is formed on the base cloth fiber to improve the performance of fiber surface.
