NOVELTY - Wear-resistant high-stability rubber is claimed. It is obtained by mixing and masticating modified rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and chloroprene rubber to obtain masterbatch, adding composite carbon fibers to the masterbatch, banburying to obtain mixed rubber, heating the mixed rubber for a period of time, discharging the rubber, cooling, and vulcanizing by adding accelerator and sulfur. USE - The wear-resistant high-stability rubber is useful for tires (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant high-stability rubber has the effects of anti-aging and absorbing exhaust gas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing wear-resistant high-stability rubber, comprising (i) adding modified rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber into an open mill at a mass ratio of 1:0.5:0.5-1:0.8:0.8, and masticating at 50-60 ℃ for 12-24 minutes to obtain masterbatch, (ii) adding composite carbon fibers having 0.1-0.3 times the quality of modified rubber to the masterbatch, and mixing at 60-70 ℃ and 40-50 revolutions/minutes for 10-22 minutes to obtain mixed rubber, (iii) treating the mixed rubber at 130-170 ℃ for 2-14 minutes, discharging the rubber, cooling to room temperature, and adding accelerator of 0.01-0.04 times the mass of the modified rubber and sulfur of 0.01-0.04 times the mass of the modified rubber, vulcanizing at 120-200 ℃ and 5-15 MPa for 5-20 minutes to obtain wear-resistant high-stability rubber.
