▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene powder comprises graphite powder and graphene oxide, obtained by evaporating carbon rods filled by arc discharge with greater than or equal to 3 wt.% nitrogen and greater than or equal to 30 wt.% quaternary nitrogen-carbon bonds. USE - The graphene powder is useful for manufacturing energy materials, electronic materials, capacitors, catalysts, gas sensors, biosensors and fuel cells. ADVANTAGE - The graphene powder has high crystallinity and high conductivity with improved usability and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing graphene powder, comprising filling raw material and generating arc discharge on a carbon rod connected to an anode to evaporate the carbon rod, where the raw material includes graphite powder and graphene oxide; and (2) producing graphene film, comprising centrifuging the sonicated solution, collecting the supernatant of the centrifuged solution and filtering the supernatant on a filter paper.
