▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nitrogen-phosphorus-sulfur doped porous graphene oxide material comprises graphene oxide, hydrogen peroxide and doping agent containing three elements of nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfur. USE - The doped porous graphene oxide material is used as electrode material of supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The doped porous graphene oxide material has improved specific surface area and electrochemical performance. The capacitor has excellent capacitance performance and cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the doped porous graphene oxide material, which involves (i) taking a proper amount of graphene oxide, dispersing in deionized water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, adding pore-forming agent, transfering to a hydrothermal reaction kettle, stirring and reacting, and cooling to room temperature after the reaction is completed, (ii) centrifuging the product obtained in step (i), washing and freeze-drying to obtain three-dimensional porous graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing the porous graphene oxide in an aqueous solution, adding doping agent under strong stirring, continuously stirring, and dissolving to obtain a mixed solution, (iii) subjecting the mixed solution obtained in step (ii) to a hydrothermal reaction, and after the reaction is completed, cooling to room temperature, and (iv) centrifuging the reaction product obtained in step (iii), washing, and freeze-drying to obtain the product.
