NOVELTY - Pole piece comprises current collector and coating disposed on the current collector. The coating comprises conductive structure. The conductive structure comprises active material and conductive agent. The current collector is porous structure. USE - The pole piece is useful in battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pole piece: can facilitate the infiltration of the electrolyte to the joint position of the current collector and the coating; improves the infiltration rate of the electrolyte; improves the diffusion rate of ions in the active material; reduces the impedance between the active material and the current collector; and increases the conductivity of the battery.
