NOVELTY - The method involves modifying the steel sheet to have a negative charge. A first graphene oxide layer is formed with a positive charge on the surface-modified steel sheet. A second graphene oxide layer is formed with a negative charge on the first graphene oxide layer. The heat-treating the steel sheet on which the first and second graphene oxide layers are formed. The forming of the first graphene oxide layer is performed using a graphene oxide dispersion modified with an amine group. The amine group-modified graphene oxide dispersion is graphene oxide. The graphene-coated steel sheet is prepared by reacting an alkylenediamine. The first and second graphene oxide layers have an amide bond. The forming of the first graphene oxide layer and the forming of the second graphene oxide layer are repeatedly performed multiple times. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene-coated steel sheet. ADVANTAGE - Interlayer bonding force is increased. Strength and workability on the surface of the steel sheet is improved.
