▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dot involves dispersing the graphite oxide in ethanol solvent to form uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution and adding hydrogen peroxide to obtain graphene solution. The obtained solution is subjected to ultraviolet radiation with intensity of 10-20000 Watt square centimeter for 0.01-5 hours. The ultraviolet radiation is stopped to obtain graphene quantum dot solution. The obtained solution is condensed or dried to graphene quantum dot. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene quantum dot in simple and eco-friendly manner, avoids heterogeneous element, and has convenient operation, easy industrial production and used substances without post-purification.
