NOVELTY - Base material comprises graphite material selected from graphene powder or graphite powder. USE - Base material used in external plaster for removing cold and relieving pain (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The base material absorbs infrared radiations, and enables to prepare plaster in simple and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing plaster for removing cold and stopping pain, which involves soaking Cynanchum paniculatum powder in wine, boiling soaked product at 80-95 degrees C to obtain paste, and mixing paste with graphite material; and (2) composition of plaster (100), which comprises substrate layer (110), adhesive surface, limiting ring (120) axial having first and second end faces that are connected with attaching surface, where limiting ring and substrate layer form groove (123).
