NOVELTY - Preparing polyvinylpyrrolidone functionalized graphene/polyester composite fiber involves placing polyester fiber in a container, adding an aqueous solution of graphene oxide in water bath at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone powder at 50-60 degrees C in water bath 2-3 hours, taking it out, air-drying at room temperature. The mass ratio of graphene oxide, polyester fiber, polyvinylpyrrolidone powder, water is 1:25-35:0.9-1.5:4600-5400, followed by adding the above-mentioned dried fiber to an aqueous solution of sodium citrate in water bath at 85-95 degrees C for 2-3 hours, taking out, and drying at room temperature to obtain polyvinylpyrrolidone powder functionalized graphene/polyester composite fiber, where weight ratio fiber, sodium citrate, and water is 1:8-12:100-150. USE - Method for preparing polyvinylpyrrolidone functionalized graphene/polyester composite fiber for decolouring dye waste water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to preparing polyvinylpyrrolidone functionalized graphene/polyester composite fiber which is simple fiber synthesis process, has good effect of absorbingdye, and easy to separate from water, and it is the fields.
